Most common cause of pool water loss is the return line fitting connecting your water return to the return line pipe. If the skimmer box (weir) fitting connecting weir to suction line is broken, it will cause pool water loss. Faulty wagon wheel gasket, pool light holder cable insert gland, break in return line or suction line, Asbestos skimmer box, can all contribute to pool water loss.
